Olsuss Skin Boutique Opens in the Design District
Bringing beautiful new options to the Design District, Olsuss Skin Boutique is now a part of the neighborhood. The concept, created by professional makeup artist Sonia Reisin, is a simple one: beauty made easy. From custom skin care treatments to handmade glycerin soaps and makeup services both on-site and on location, Olsuss Skin Boutique is a girl’s secret weapon. Hair and makeup for a night out, a facial or peel using Dermalogica products to get skin back on track, brow services, massages and products are all available under one roof. Reisin, a licensed skin care professional, takes pride in her customized facial treatments, which range from 30 to 90 minutes. The standout product in her arsenal, however: the homemade soaps created by Reisin herself. Each soap is made of natural products, like essential oils with plant-based additives. Olsuss also offers candles, designer shoes, accessories and tees.
The space itself is beautiful, too, with Reisin, a University of Buenos Aires grad, hanging her graphic design work to bring color to the space. See it in person at 20 N.E. 41st Street, No. 1 in the Design District.
