ALMA DANCE THEATRE PRESENTS: DAYDREAMING WITH JEAN
Performance Time: 8:30pm
The Garden Building, 175 NE 40th Street
(Private entrance off NE 41st Street), Rooftop

“Daydreaming with Jean” is inspired by choreographer Marissa Alma Nick’s loss of her Grandma Jean to Dementia, as well as her memory of who she once was. Set to the music of Judy Garland, Mama Cass, The Monkees, Frank Sinatra, Audrey Hepburn, Lesley Gore and Ethel Merman… this surprisingly playful performance takes the audience on a journey into the mind of a woman who now lives within the landscapes of her mind and learning to surrender to this little thing we call life.”
