Here in Miami Design District, we love all things Art Basel — and when it coincides with a celebrity chef and out-of-the-box food, well, we just can’t get enough. At the end of this month, Harry’s Pizzeria will team up with Shake Shack® to switch up their menus, quite literally, and offer a collaborative limited-edition dish at each restaurant during Miami Art Week only.

Led by celebrity chef and restaurateur Michael Schwartz, of Harry’s Pizzeria, and Shake Shack’s Culinary Director, Mark Rosati, this weeklong event celebrates the artistry and whimsy of food. After coming up with the idea, both culinary leaders chose the most popular dish served at the other’s restaurant, and with the help of their team, turned it into a meal that would work on their own respective restaurant menus.

From Monday, November 28th to Sunday, December 4th, diners can head to Harry’s Pizzeria and get a Shack-cago Pizza, modeled off Shake Shack’s Shack-cago Dog®, which tops Harry's tender, blistered pizza crust with a fire-roasted Vienna beef hot dog, mustard-mornay cheese sauce, sport peppers, pickles, tomatoes, onions and fontina cheese.

During that same week, stop by Shake Shack and order a Harry's Shorty Burger. It piles a Shake Shack 100 percent, all-natural, antibiotic-free Angus beef burger with all of the toppings of Harry’s signature Short Rib Pizza: juicy slow roasted beef short rib, caramelized onions, arugula and gruyère.

…need we say more?

Available at Harry’s Pizzeria’s Design District, the Shack-cago Pizza is priced at $17. Harry’s Shorty Burger, which will be available at Shake Shack’s Coral Gables and Miami Beach locations, is priced at $6.89.
