Gordon Browning: Works in Wood, Lathe-Turned Hollow Forms Oggetti Designs will be celebrating the works of Gordon Browning. Browning has been creating beautiful lathe-turned, blind-hollowed wooden vessels since 2001. His works of various organic shapes and sizes are created of mostly salvaged timbers such as exotics from the Caribbean and Africa as well as native hardwoods from his home state, Wisconsin. Browning’s pieces reflect a combination of clean controlled curves with a full-bodied look that pays homage to the original log beneath.
