James Beard Award-nominated Chef Michael Schwartz is notable for his predilection for using exceptionally fresh products, many of them from our own local farmers in The Redland in Homestead.
As a continuation of our Skill Share program at Locust Projects, join us for an evening with Michael as he demos a recipe using the local ingredients celebrated in the debut issue of Edible South Florida magazine, for which he is an editorial contributor.
