Elastika offers a global approach to modern American cuisine inspired by Miami’s international community as envisioned by Executive Chef Joe Anthony. Located on the first floor of the historic Moore building, the restaurant is named after the sprawling, site-specific Zaha Hadid installation which presides over the dining room.
Debuting in early 2024, Elastika will be open to the public seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and craft cocktails.
