The 4141 Building is located along the northeastern edge of the Miami Design District. This two-story landmark building was recently renovated and boasts an open atrium, ideal for special events and exhibits.
The renovation of this exquisite building was executed by architects David and John Marquette. Luminous and open, it is a pale, modern volume of great visual impact, based on the image of the Zanotta Shop in Milan, Italy. The floors within the space are made of resonated cement, and the striking ceilings create a loft-gallery effect with bold architectural details.
4141 is an industrial atmospheric space to host the perfect special event.
