Saffron, sunshine, lemonade — any way you slice it spring is all about yellow. Did you know that in China the color yellow is associated with happiness, glory and wisdom? Let’s borrow that line of thinking because we’re sure that the hot hue, whether mellow yellow or sunny bright, will elicit those feelings, especially your wardrobe’s.

Now that fashion month has officially wrapped up, we’ve been pouring over runway photos of our favorite designers’ shows to get an idea of what our fall 2017 closets will look like. (Hint: lots of red and lots of glam!) We know, we know… spring is barely in full swing, but you can’t blame us for planning ahead, right? Below are five stand out trends.

A leopard may not be able to change its spots, but some zebras can in fact change their stripes. Get ready to channel your inner zebra because this spring vertical, horizontal and every-which-way stripes are in for the season and there’s no reason to limit the direction you wear them.

This January in Geneva, the famed Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) watch show opened its doors to the public for the first time in its 27 years of presenting the year’s newest and hottest innovations in fine watch trends.
