Fall is officially in full swing and in lieu of some actual cool weather, we Miamians will have to settle for fall’s signature flavors. But if the PSL isn’t your jam, (because #basic) that’s ok. Our favorite restaurants in the Miami Design District have pulled out the stops this year and come up with some truly mouth-watering, next-level seasonal creations.

After a long day of shopping in the Miami Design District – or (who are we kidding?), when you just want to take a quick break – you’ll need some food to refuel and get back to those fitting rooms.

Even the most dedicated shoppers need a mid-day break to rest, refuel, and treat themselves to a much-deserved mimosa. So next time you’re planning to shop ‘til you drop in the Miami Design District, take a breather at one of our favorite neighborhood brunch spots.

This month Miami welcomed the return of Miami Spice, a citywide promotion offering discounted, three-course specialty menus at dining hotspots throughout the city. Here in the Miami Design District, we’re welcoming the promotion at two of our staple restaurants, Michael’s Genuine and Cypress Tavern. However, if you’re looking for dining in the District at a similar price point, your options don’t end there.
