Dressed to the Wines
A guide on what to wear to South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
Brunches, lunches, dinners and nectar of the gods—South Beach Wine and Food Festival is upon us. Taking over Miami Beach from February 20 through 23, the foodie event of the year draws in celeb chefs, celebs and meals with five-star power. We know the focus is on the food for this one, but as a fashionista, your first question is this: What does one wear to the numerous fetes for SOBEWFF? Here are a few favorites on the Design District’s menu.
For the Grand Tasting Village
Along with a whole lot of tasting, you’re going to be making many laps at this eat-a-thon. Consider comfy footwear so you can focus all your energies on your taste buds and not your tortured toes. These Christian Louboutin Catchetta Metallic Leather Sandals in stately gold are ready to take you from merlot to maca brownie, and everything in between.
For The Q
A night of endless champagne calls for something only Maison Martin Margiela could whip up, like this Avant Premiere Top and cropped pants. Accessorize with a flute—or four—of champers. Cheers.
For Burger Bash
Forget the fries, what goes best with the biggest patty party in town is Pucci, of course. Savor bites while sporting this Emilio Pucci Shirtwaist Dress, which is loose-fitting enough to make room for more than a few bites of each and every burger.
For the Anthony Bourdain Dinner
A decadent meal with a man who’s seen and tasted it all calls for Anya Ponorovskaya’s Spring Collection Dress. This frock’s basic black-and-white shade and anything but basic figure-flattering shape will have you feeling saucy in an exotic Miami sort of way.
