The Ribollita Tuscan Bread Soup is just one of the items on MC Kitchen's new weekend brunch menu. The chic new bistro's is serving up a hearty, homemade Italian brunch, every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Favorites on the menu: Steak and Eggs made with grilled hanger steak, two eggs, mushrooms, peppers, onions, potatoes and bone marrow steak sauce, Stove Oven Baked Eggs with spicy sausage, spinach, brioche and fontina béchamel, Black Truffle Bruschetta with poached egg, shaved truffles, crispy prosciutto and creamy parmigiano fonduta, and Whole Grain and Oat Pancakes with blueberry compote and Dogfish Head Black & Blue syrup. And guests can accompany all that goodness with Dogfish Head beer cocktails.
