Lunch In The Design District
From a power lunch to a casual bite try one of these for an afternoon meal.
MC Kitchen is the latest hot spot garnering attention from culinary media outlets and quickly becoming a favorite for those looking for upscale dining in and savory Italian dishes. A small café adjacent to the restaurant, Mercato, serves sandwiches, soups, and pastries for quick on the go bites. We love the Applewood Smoked Chicken Salad, Tuscan Bread Soup, Pumpkin Tortelloni, Redlands Strawberry Brown Butter Tart, and Baked Gianduia Chocolate Mousse.
A gorgeous courtyard in a regal oak tree and a simple menu of small plates makes Oak Tavern an easy afternoon choice. Deviled eggs, steamed mussels, charcuterie plate, pizza, buttermilk biscuits, and the curried chicken salad sandwich, are some of our favorite lunch dishes.
Coffee and Dessert
If you're in the mood for something quick and sweet then BSweet's coffee and cake might be a fast and simple solution. Looking or a sinfully sweet indulgence? Try their almond and Nutella croissant.
