It’s another hot season of Miami Spice! From August 1st to September 30th, some of Miami’s most popular restaurants will offer a three-course lunch or brunch for $23 per person and a three-course dinner for just $39 per person.

Of course, with so many great dining options in the Miami Design District, Miami Spice is the perfect time to come experience them for yourself. See who’s participating—and all the reasons they’re worth trying—below.

Ember

EMBER

Ember, a wood-fired American bistro, is the latest project from one of Miami’s best chefs: James Beard Award nominee, Brad Kilgore. During Miami Spice, book a table here and get a taste of some of the grill-inspired dishes guests have come to love: like the beef tartare, shrimp and grits, “Jardin Caesar” salad with a soft-cooked egg, lamb osso bucco, wood-grilled wagyu tri tip, and a smoked fried chicken with spicy pickles and caviar butter. The dessert course will be a selection of house favorites, and at Ember, that means you’ll be in for a treat.

Miami Spice will be available at Ember every Tuesday through Sunday, for dinner only.

Estefan

ESTEFAN KITCHEN

Estefan Kitchen is everything you’d expect of a restaurant by superstar music duo Emilio and Gloria Estefan. There are weekly concerts. Glittering tables. Purple mood lighting. Live entertainment from singers, pianists and dancers all day, every day. The whole place evokes a feeling of 1950s Havana in a very extravagant, Miami way. Plus, the long menu is made up of the duo’s favorite childhood recipes, with an added fine-dining flair from Executive Chef Christina Coupet. Stop by during Miami Spice and get your fill of haute Cuban cuisine. The award-winning Cuban pork "cigars”, vaca frita, yucca, and dangerously-good passion fruit sorbet dessert will keep you coming back for more.

Miami Spice will be available at Estefan Kitchen daily, for both lunch and dinner, except for Friday & Saturday.

Kaido

KAIDO

Another stunner from Brad Kilgore (and his first partnership with award-winning mixologist Nico de Soto), this Tokyo-style cocktail lounge and drinking den gives guests a taste of Kilgore’s creative take on Japanese cuisine. Visit Kaido during Miami Spice and start with the Kosho Guacamole, applewood-smoked Ora King Salmon or the Chicken Karaage Bao Bun with a Thai peanut sauce and white miso “kewpie” slaw. Then, move on to the main dish; chicken thighs with melted leeks and a yakitori glaze, Thai bass and the XO Rice Bowl with a soft egg or sushi tartare—are just a few standout dishes on the menu. Every meal should end on a sweet note, and Kaido’s dessert options don’t disappoint. You have three options: the Kakigori, Graffiti Chocolate or a unique and delicious shiitake-infused crème brûlée.

Miami Spice will be available at Kaido every Tuesday through Saturday, for dinner only.

Michael's Genuine

MICHAEL’S GENUINE FOOD & DRINK

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink is the OG of Miami Design District dining and remains as popular as it did when it opened 12 years ago. James Beard Award-winning restaurateur and chef, Michael Schwartz continues to attract locals and visitors from across the globe. If you’re there during Miami Spice, take advantage of its three-course menu of inventive dishes made with locally-sourced ingredients. Fan favorite dishes include: wild boar toast, a summer peach salad, wood oven roasted grouper, and the famous ricotta gnudi with roasted wild mushrooms.

Miami Spice lunch at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink will be available every Monday through Friday. Miami Spice dinner will be available every Sunday through Thursday.

Whether you sit in the pastel pink inside or garden-like exterior, don't miss some of Swan's signature dishes: like ; or the roasted chicken with curry-carrot purée, buckwheat and vadouvan. For a sweet ending, get the "tres chocolate" cocoa cake - dark chocolate ganache,  white chocolate & caramel chantilly, pecan
