District Operating Hours are: Monday – Saturday: 11am - 8pm and Sunday: 12pm - 6pm

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Health safety protocols implemented in consultation with the University of Miami Health System, including and not limited to rigorous cleaning protocols, our janitorial crews are working around the clock to keep the neighborhood safe and clean.
District Ambassadors are on-site to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
You can pick up a mask at any of our Info desks.

Paradise Plaza @ 41st Street
A roving ambassador will be stationed at Paseo Ponti Walkway and 40th Street, near Fendi and OTL.
Hand sanitizer stations are set up throughout the neighborhood noted with a yellow marking (see map locator here).
RETAIL TO GO
Many of our stores are offering the convenience of curbside pick-up. You can simply contact the store, arrange to pick up your goods and a store representative wearing protective equipment will escort your shopping bags right to your car.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Our in-house Personal Shopper, Dani de Cespedes @styledbyMDD, is here to make your shopping experience even more seamless. She can shop for you, give styling advice if desired, and of course deliver straight to your door for added convenience. This service is free of charge to all shoppers of the Miami Design District. PARKING
Parking is now contactless!
- We have signage installed at all garages regarding ticketless parking and online payment.
- License plate number is required.
- Pay online at reefparking.com/pay
- Customers have the option to pay as they go or set up an account for frequent use.
Detailed instructions are provided in all our garages to get you started.
Valet
Valet service is available throughout the District.
