Two mothers, lifestyle coaches, and nutrition rockstars will be discussing the importance of gut health and how it affects your overall health.
- Art & Being with Claudia Villalta
A social and emotional visual arts instructor, her workshops are intended to serve as laboratories for self-expression inspired by deep reflection within the self. Participants can expect to be engaged while learning a few art techniques along the way.
- Dance Now, Think Later with Liza Pitsirilos
A transformational experience that brings together eclectic music, improvisational movement, guided imagery, ritual, voice and affirmations for an evocative, grooving soul ride! Through the flow of Journey Dance
