You may have already heard of the Cushion Crawl, Modern ŌM’s 21-day meditation journey across the city. In fact, we might already be partners! We aim to assemble a rolling discovery of the spaces, leaders, and people creating a conscious Miami and reimagining what it means to be mindful today…think a pub crawl, but for mindfulness!

On the 6th day of the Cushion Crawl, we meditate amongst historic and preeminent works of art at The Institute of Contemporary Art Sculpture Garden in Miami's Design District. Be Generation Love will host a session of Mindfulness and sound in the museum's sculpture garden.
