Raising awareness is not just an individual exercise, it is the basis for achieving the changes we want to see in the world and in our environment.
When we change our way of thinking we change our reality because we take conscious actions that reflect it, that is why Mia Astral, the Sunrisas Foundation and the Miami Design District have come together for a special event: a yoga and meditation class with the goal of uniting us in this intention and collecting funds for vulnerable children in Venezuela.
If you are in Miami you can not miss this event on June 27th at the facilities of Paradise Plaza in Miami Design District, where the yoga class will be held by Dawn B. Feinberg and Michael Stasko from Ahana Yoga and meditation with Mia Pineda. It will also feature music from DJ Mariana M. Glukman and Venezuelan gastronomy, healthy desserts and delicious teas.
100% of the funds raised will be invested in medical supplies and food for children in different regions of Venezuela. Sharing with those who need it most is the goal. If you can not attend, but you want to collaborate with the cause, you can do it directly through the Sunrisas Foundation
