Take a Peek at the Renderings for Brad Kilgore’s Upcoming Cocktail Bar

This November one of Miami’s top chefs, Brad Kilgore, will officially debut his Asian inspired cocktail lounge, Kaido, in the Miami Design District. It’ll be the first of two projects he’ll open in the swanky neighborhood, with his upcoming Ember slated to debut in early 2019. 

For the Tokyo-style bar Kilgore has teamed up with bartender Nico de Soto to create the drink menu, which will offer a mix between straight-forward, “reasonably” priced drinks, along with an assortment of “luxury cocktails” using higher-end ingredients like sakura, Wakoucha black tea and bamboo salt. 

This is Kilgore’s first new project under his just launched hospitality group, Kilgore Culinary, which he announced on Instagram last week. In the announcement he said he’s no longer working with his former restaurant partners and has taken full ownership of his Wynwood restaurant, Alter, and his projects moving forward.
