Get Organized: The best ways to stay on top of your to do list in the new year.
From meetings to deadlines and the kids’ days off school to galas and get togethers, there’s a lot to keep track of in 2014. Log it into your iPhone, jot it down in your journal, keep track of it in your calendar—just be sure to do it in style. Here are a few of my favorite ways to get organized with those of those oh-so-important save the dates, all of which you can find in the Design District.
For the Thoroughly Modern Millie
If you keep track of your events via modern technology (smart phones and tablets), splurge on a new case to protect your event tracker. The Prada iPad Holder in Baltic Blue is a great way to keep your tablet under wraps between jaunts to the office and power lunches. Or, skip the traditional and opt for the avant-garde option from Rick Owens. The case comes in black leather with geometrical rectangle embroidery and oozes cool—just as you’d expect from the brand.
For Classic Cats
Yes, you have an iPad, an iPhone and MacBook Air, too. But when it comes to staying on top of your social engagements, you prefer the old-fashioned way: with pen and paper. If you opt for an agenda, I highly suggest checking out these awesome covers For the minimalist, this leather agenda cover in Galicia Blue from Hermes is a great investment. But if you prefer flash and glam, check out the Louis Vuitton LV Trunks & Locks small ring agenda cover. The Damier Ebene cover with trunk motif is quirky and functional, perfect for tracking the days in a stylish way.
