For years, we've been watching Katrina Campins dominate Miami's residential real estate market with a roster of star athletes and celebrities. We've also watched Ms. Campins on The Apprentice and Miami Social. Now, she's once again heading back to television and showing us how she manages to find success, love, and balance all while dressed to the nines of course.

What's the first piece of art you fell in love with?
I love to find classic and timeless beauty in art. Helmut Newton black and whites, for example really speak to me--especially the shots in the tuxedos that embrace the strength of a woman through style.

Who are your favorite designers?
My life is a strong balance of ease and peace coupled with luxury and fast-paced business transactions; my style mimics that marriage. I love the highly designed works of art coming out of Proenza Schouler and The Row but I also require my quick trips to Zara. I'm also very aware of the talent budding in our backyard: Alexis and Betsy Moss are two of my home-grown favorites.

What is the best piece of style advice you've ever heard?
Style is a matter of instinct; when you're centered in who you are, your style reflects that. I also think  its important to remember that style is about more than fashion, it's the way you walk, talk, act towards others...

Who are your favorite writers?
I enjoy reading about metaphysics, that's what really fascinates me the most; that and human behavior. Some of my favorite authors include: Dr. Demartini, Miguel Ruiz, John and Stacy Eldridge

What is inspiring you these days?
Nature. And God, I'm constantly inspired by God; God is everywhere, especially in nature and its natural flow.

What is your motto?
Be Greater. Strive to be the best version of yourself -- there's such freedom in just being you.

What is your favorite indulgence?
Silence.

You stay in great shape, what's your secret?
Lifting weights and Pilates on the mega reformer.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?
To love and be loved...along with that comes family.

What career other than your own would you like to attempt?
Probably journalism as a vehicle to travel the world, experience various cultures and live out the responsibility to deliver those messages through print and broadcast platforms. The point being to unite.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Nothing. I believe we are all created uniquely and exactly the way we are supposed to be, there's no reason to seek change. Part of the journey is reaching the highest version of ourselves.

You've got a new tv series on the way on the Style network, can you tell us about it?
The show is really chronicling my real estate business, my family and my personal life. It's shows insight into the luxury aspect of working with athletes and celebrities but it reveals how family is the anchor of it all.
