Located in Miami, at 140 NE 39th Street, Miami Design District is a not top be missed shopping, lifestyle and entertainment one cannot miss. This creative neighborhood is the ultimate destination for fashion fanatics as it hosts world-class dining, shopping, art, events, and inspiration.

The district is rooted in retail and hosts more than 170 brands, including flagship stores for Chanel, Balenciaga, Hermès, Fendi, Dior, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and more. But clothing isn’t the only protagonist of the District; at every turn, shoppers are surrounded by award-winning architectural projects like our Museum Garage, which IPMI recognized as the “Best Design of a Mixed or Multi-Use Parking & Transportation Facility.”

In addition to design showrooms like Poliform and Holly Hunt, three cultural institutions reside within the neighborhood: ICA Miami and the de la Cruz Collection.

Moreover, the neighborhood hosts seasonal public art interwoven into the District’s pedestrian-friendly pathways.

The District is also a dining destination that serves as home to world-renowned chefs including some Michelin starred ones like Cote, Michael’s Genuine Food, Swan, ZZ's Club, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, or Le Jardinier.

Between luxury fashion, cutting-edge architecture, 24/7 access to the arts, and world-class dining, the Miami Design District has become a key cultural epicenter of Miami.

Looking for what’s NEO

NEO Miami Design District introduces national and international brands willing to enter the Miami and US market and connect with new audiences. The pop-up is located at 35 East 40th Street in Miami.

Samuel Ross' design is here!
Samuel Ross: Expression. Service. Essence is a permanent design installation made of 12 benches created by Samuel Ross, British artist and designer, and founder of the brand A-Cold-Wall, and placed around the Design District. The concept is a study of the importance of public space.

Art meets daily use sculptures here, hosting most different benches exclusively made for MDD. Sitting, standing, leaning--each contact with the material is a composite of the senses; be it temperature, color, or surface bringing new life to a public space.

How Dion Lee steps in The US
New York-based Australian designer Dion Lee recently opened his first US flagship store in the heart of the Miami Design District. The opening marks an important milestone for the line, which the namesake designed, debuted in 2009.

Gucci loves men
Gucci recently debuted a dedicated men’s boutique in the Miami Design District. The opening marks Gucci’s fourth dedicated men’s boutique in The US and the second Gucci boutique in the neighborhood.

Spanning across two floors, the boutique includes a private VIP shopping area, and carries an expanded offering of men’s products including shoes, ready-to-wear, luggage, small leather goods, and eyewear.

Designed by Alexander Wang’s in-house team, the store concept expands on the brand's well-known design codes and sleek aesthetic, featuring mirror-polished stainless steel surfaces and a perimeter of LED walls that provide a backdrop of curated Alexander Wang content. The space is intentionally designed with the customer experience in mind, and features an open, industrial space that keeps shoppers engaged.

Welcome to Celine’s world
Capturing a harmonious blend of timeless sophistication and modern brutalism, according to a vision conceptualized by image director Hedi Slimane, the two-floor boutique represents a universe dominated by refined architecture, inhabited by natural stones like gray travertine and Arabescato marble with warmer elements such as oak and brass.

The ground floor, primarily dedicated to women’s leather goods along with the brand’s fine jewelry, is adorned with antique gold mirrors and a striking marble “perfume organ.”

Upstairs, Celine Homme and women’s ready-to-wear collections are displayed amidst glass and polished stainless-steel showcases, aligned with a Basaltic tile grid.

Diesel's ethos lives here
Started in 1978 by Renzo Rosso, Diesel continues to reinvent its multifaceted lifestyle denim brand. Since its start, Diesel focused on its “For Successful Living” slogan for the brand’s DNA.

Through its long history of strong, ironic and playful campaigns, Diesel sends out its strong messages in advertising as well as in fashion. Where the world zigged, Diesel zagged, and in the 35 years since its founding, the brand still embraces the same ethos.

Discovering Golden Goose’s perfectly imperfect DNA
The Italian Golden Goose lifestyle brand is a collective founded on a passion for all things that are “perfectly imperfect”, authentic, and unique.

Born in 2000, Golden Goose quickly became a successful brand that places extreme attention on high-quality, detail and the "lived-in" look that have become the distinctive features of Golden Goose.

The brand perfectly merges artisanal craftsmanship and the Italian “hand-made tradition,” creating outfits for every day that combine Italian wearability with an urban vintage flavor.
