Fall Guys Guide To Grooming
The Tapered Cut, the Pompadour, the Fade, the Bowl, or the Bieber, mens hairstyles are more involved then one might initially think. Just take a look at soccer studs that charged the field at the World Cup this summer. From mohawks and dreadlocks to funky colors and intricately shaved designs, their styles became international news. As we look a head to fall, styles for men continue to be diverse, but wearable. Here’s a snapshot seen on the fall runways that you can rock.
Keeping it cool at Prada (180 NE 40th Street, Miami, Florida 33137), fuss-free was the predominate look. Perfect for those who like to roll out of bed this quick, casual, and a bit unkempt look can be achieved by applying a light gel spray to post-shower hair and running fingers through it from crown to ends.
The hombres of Hermès (175 NE 40th Street, Miami, Florida, 33137) not only layered their wardrobes, but also their lids. The cut is a bit of a throw back to 60s and you’ll need longer hair to wear this look. Hair is longer on the top, with layers and some fringe to it, yet shorter on the sides. This look can be worn to the front, parted to the side, or you can even push up the front to get the fringe of your face. Once you’ve got the cut, a bit of mousse on damp hair can keep the fringe from frizzing while some gel should be smoothed along the sides to keep it sleek.
Sleek and slick strutted down the runaway at Louis Vuitton (170 NE 40th Street, Miami, Florida 33137). A bit futuristic, the locks were laid straight against the head with what presumes to be a serious amount of high-hold styling gel. Whether strands are long or short try this one for size, but tread lightly – sleek, not sleazy is the goal here.
If you’re looking to change up your look, stop by Brownes & Co. (32 N.E. 39th Street, Miami, Florida 33137) or Emena Spa (Emena Spa 4100 NE 2nd Ave., Suite 301, Miami, Florida 33137) and let their team switch up your style. Lucky for you, Emena Spa has day for the dudes on Wednesdays where men can receive 30% off treatments including haircut ($55+), microdermabrasion ($125+) facial ($115+), massage ($100+) and manicures.
